Lead times depend on product availability, order volume and whether the order is for standard Arcadian Secret products or custom/private label production.
Small standard orders can usually be prepared within 1–5 business days, depending on stock availability. Distributor or larger-volume orders may require 2 weeks, while OEM/private label or custom production orders are scheduled individually and may require 4–6 weeks after final confirmation of packaging, artwork and specifications.
All lead times are confirmed at the quotation or order confirmation stage.
We follow a flexible MOQ approach depending on the product category, packaging format, branding requirements and order volume.
For standard Arcadian Secret products, we can support smaller introductory orders for selected retailers and distributors. For larger distributor orders, pricing and production planning are adjusted according to volume. OEM and private label projects usually require higher MOQs because they involve dedicated packaging, label preparation, documentation and production setup.

Standard orders include the necessary commercial and batch-related documentation, such as invoice, packing list, product information and batch identification. For distributor, large-volume or OEM/private label orders, we can provide additional technical documentation, including product specifications, Certificates of Analysis where applicable, ingredient information, compliance-related documents and support for local market registration requirements.
