Sustainability
At Arcadian Secret, sustainability is not presented as an abstract idea. It is built into the way our factory operates, how we manage natural resources, and how we handle the by-products of distillation. Our goal is to combine responsible manufacturing with practical circular-economy principles.
- On an annual basis, the factory’s electricity consumption is covered by photovoltaic energy production.
- We use an electric company van for cleaner daily operations
- Our distillation process operates with a closed water circuit to reduce water consumption
- Distillation cooling water is cooled using solar energy
- We aim for zero distillation production waste
- Plant residues from distillation are composted and reused as natural fertilizer
- We apply a circular approach: cultivation, distillation, composting and return to the soil
- We are a founding member of the Greek Bioeconomy Council
