SKIN & COAT combines fish oil, evening primrose oil, MCT oil and beta carotene.
Each softgel contains 500 mg of oil based formula, with 315 mg of fish oil providing a calculated minimum of 93 mg of EPA and DHA. The formula is complemented by 100 mg of MCT oil, 80 mg of evening primrose oil, tocopherol extracts and 0.5 mg of beta-carotene preparation.
The contents of the softgel can be mixed with food, making everyday administration easy to adapt to the cat’s individual preferences.

Everyday skin and coat care
A cat’s skin and coat are influenced by several factors, including the completeness of its diet, fatty-acid intake, grooming, environment and general health.
SKIN & COAT provides specific omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids together with antioxidant components in a consistent amount per softgel. This allows you to know what you are adding to the food and to follow the dosage corresponding to your cat’s body weight.
The product does not treat dermatitis, allergies, itching, hair loss or other skin disorders. Persistent scratching, redness, lesions, dandruff, excessive shedding or overgrooming require veterinary assessment.

Administration
Carefully open the softgel and mix its contents with a small amount of food. Once this has been consumed, offer the remainder of the meal.
If the cat readily accepts and consumes the softgel, it may be offered whole with food. Do not attempt to force the cat to swallow it.
Fresh drinking water should always be available.

The role of each ingredient
Fish oil – EPA and DHA
Each softgel contains 315 mg of fish oil, providing a calculated minimum of:
- 56 mg EPA
- 37 mg DHA
- 93 mg EPA and DHA combined
Evening primrose oil
Each softgel contains 80 mg of evening primrose oil, a vegetable source of omega-6 fatty acids.
MCT oil
Each softgel contains 100 mg of medium-chain triglycerides. MCT oil forms part of the oil base and acts as a practical carrier for the other fat soluble ingredients.
Tocopherol extracts
Each softgel contains tocopherol extracts from vegetable oils. Their principal role is technological: they help protect the fish oil and evening primrose oil against oxidation and support the formula’s stability.
Beta-carotene
Beta-carotene is included as an antioxidant nutrient.
